You cannot select fields in Access 2010 after you open a .zip file in an OLE Objects field on a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2

斜め読みして、Windows7 もしくはWindows Server 2008R2 + Access2010の環境で、OLEオブジェクト型フィールドにzipファイルを格納というが条件。加えてダブルクリックということかな。Access2010のHotfixではない。
